FEES AND PAYMENTS
To make credit card and online payments possible, this site provides a secure, online payments form. This system is powered by PayPal, an internationally respected and completely secure, encrypted online payment system. To make a payment, click on the "Pay Now" button. You will then be asked to enter a Description, Price, and Quantity. (In addition to the Service Description, please be sure to include the client's name and the name of your doctor.)
If you're a member of PayPal, then just login with your email and account password to continue your checkout. If you don't already have a PayPal account (and don't wish to create one), simply click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account" link (in the bottom right-hand corner) to proceed with a credit card checkout. After you've entered your information (for either Paypal or credit card payments), be sure to click "Pay Now" one final time to process your order. Receipts for payments will automatically be emailed to you as verification and provided in-person at your next session.

• 75-Minute First Individual Therapy Session
(60 Minutes Face-to-Face Time) – $165.00

(45 Minutes Face-to-Face Time) – $145.00

• 90-Minute Individual Therapy Session
(75 Minutes Face-to-Face Time) – $190.00

ACADEMIC TESTING
• Psychoeducational Evaluation (full payment) – $1,350.00
• Psychoeducational Evaluation (half payment) – $675.00
• ADHD Evaluation (includes full IQ Test) – $850.00
• Kindergarten Readiness Testing – $675.00
• Gifted or Learning Disability Evaluation – $975.00
• IQ or Achievement Test plus Feedback Session – $600.00
• IQ or Achievement Test Only (no feedback session) – $475.00
• School Consultations (per hour) – $165.00
PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING
• Developmental / Autism Evaluation (ages 2 to 6) – $1,150.00
• Developmental / Autism Evaluation (ages 7 up) – $1,350.00
• Full Psychological plus Full Psychoeducational – $2,200.00
• Full Psychological plus IQ – $1,750.00
• Full Psychological – $1,280.00
• Abbreviated Psychological – $950.00
CUSTODY
• Custody Consultation/Evaluation (per hour) – $200.00
• Expert Witness Testimony (per hour) – $350.00
As with all therapy or evaluation services, fees are due and payable before services are rendered. For any client wishing to pay for services in cash or check, please bring payment to your sessions.
